MBN Mission Statement

Our mission as the Memphis Barbecue Network is to promote, educate, and enhance the aspects of pork barbecue cooking and competition that are associated with the uniqueness of Memphis styled barbecue. We also endeavor to become part of the national and world-wide community of barbecue lovers, whether through competition or friendship.
